Workflow with designer mode

Dec 3, 2010 at 2:01 PM

I have created a workflow using the recipe. When I access the workflow.cs class to edit the workflow in designer mode, I get the following error:

The service 'System.Workflow.ComponentModel.Design.IIdentifierCreationService' must be installed for this operation to succeed. Ensure that this service is available.

I believe this is caused because the project if not of type workflow (it is my components project).

What is the correct way to create a workflow with SPSF?

Thank you very much,

If you create a workflow with SPSF the project is changed to a workflow project automatically (see tag <ProjectTypeGuids> in the project file .csproj).

Maybe this didn't work correctly. The following ids must be present in the project file:

 <ProjectTypeGuids>{14822709-B5A1-4724-98CA-57A101D1B079};{FAE04EC0-301F-11D3-BF4B-00C04F79EFBC}</ProjectTypeGuids>

Kind regards,

Indeed it was. So what is needed is just to reload the project.

Great, thanks !
