The next release of SPSF SharePoint Software Factory (version 3.0) will be available right after release of VS 2010 (expected 12.04.2010). See preview of our current work here http://www.matthiaseinig.de/?p=139. Version 3.0 will support development for SharePoint 2007 and 2010 from within VS 2010 and VS 2008.

Any update on when the SPSF will support VS 2010 and SharePoint 2010?

Good timing of your question :-)

We are currently making the latest tests of SPSF 2010 and till Monday we will provide SPSF 2010 (as beta) at Codeplex for VS 2010 and VS 2008.

Sorry all for the delay. It was a not a peace of cake to enable SPSF for VS 2010 and VS 2008 as well as SP 2010 and SP 2008. Microsoft changed their GAX implementation, the GAX deployment process, added new SharePoint project model in VS 2010, added a new help system (Help 3.0), provided SharePoint only as 64bit assemblies etc....

But we achieved it and improved a lot. Stay tuned.
